Recent floor projects on the Costa Blanca

At Port of Altea, we handle complete flooring projects along the entire Costa Blanca. From luxury herringbone PVC floors in modern villas to renovation projects where existing tile floors are fully prepared and leveled for a flawless finish.

On this page, you will find a selection of recent projects we have completed in places such as Altea, La Nucia, El Campello, Calpe, Benidorm, and Rojales.

Every home and surface is different. That’s why we not only consider the floor design but also factors like existing tile floors, temperature differences, large windows, and the technical condition of the substrate. This way, we ensure that a floor not only looks beautiful but also stays perfectly installed for years to come.

PVC herringbone floor over tiles in La Nucia

Many homes in Spain still have existing tile floors. In this project in La Nucia, the house was fully tiled before the new PVC floor was installed.

To achieve a smooth and durable result, we first prepared and leveled the existing tile floor before installing the new herringbone PVC floor.

This type of project clearly shows why proper preparation is essential when installing PVC floors in Spain.

PVC floors in Spain require craftsmanship

Installing a PVC floor on the Costa Blanca often requires a different approach than in the Netherlands. Many homes have:

  • existing tiled floors
  • height differences
  • large sliding doors
  • a lot of direct sunlight
  • temperature fluctuations

That is why we advise customers not only on the design of the floor but also on the technical construction, leveling, and the right choice between, for example, dryback or click PVC.

We are happy to assist with:

  • advice on the right floor
  • necessary materials
  • adhesives and leveling
  • cutting waste

This way, you always benefit from professional advice and high-quality materials, whether you choose full installation or just floor supply.
