The function of the space determines the specification
A hotel room has different requirements from a reception area or office. We discuss foot traffic, cleaning, acoustics, accessibility and appearance. For contract carpet and fabrics we check the available technical documentation. Fire classifications and suitability must be evidenced for the selected product and application; a brand name alone is not enough.
Tailored work with a practical schedule
We assess areas, rooms and junctions, inspect the existing base and discuss whether phased work is needed. Ordering, preparation and installation belong in the same schedule. For rental or commercial properties we agree room availability and the sequence of work.

Your quotation specifies the selected quality, base-floor preparation, installation and finishing. Delivery and fitting dates depend on current availability. Compare materials at our La Nucía showroom or discuss an initial brief by video call.

Can carpet tiles be replaced individually?
A modular layout can allow local replacement. Keep suitable spare material and follow the installation instructions for the selected collection.
Can work be phased?
We discuss options based on rooms, drying times, access and your operating schedule.
What is needed for an initial proposal?
A floor plan or areas, photographs of the current condition, the intended use of each space and your preferred schedule.
