A floor and staircase that work together
A flooring project involves more than choosing a plank. We consider stairs, skirting boards, doors and transitions into adjoining rooms. Our Benissa project shows how matching LVT flooring and stair finishes can create a cohesive result. If your home has particular details to consider, include them in your photos so we can account for them in the proposal.
A completed flooring project in Benissa
For this home we installed approximately 130 m² of Light Oak dryback LVT flooring and finished the stairs in the same look. Subfloor preparation formed part of the project. The project page shows the result and the choices made for this home.

Flooring and rugs
LVT flooring, vinyl, fitted carpet and made-to-measure rugs. We discuss the material, subfloor and finishing work.
Curtains and window coverings
Curtains, sheers, wave curtains, pleated and honeycomb blinds, Venetian blinds and roller blinds, selected for light and privacy.
Insect screens and outdoor shading
Insect screens for windows and doors, zip screens, awnings and shutters. We assess the opening and fitting options.
Prepare your project, including from abroad
If you are not always in Spain, send photos, your town and the dates you expect to be there. We can discuss your plans by WhatsApp or video call. Where measuring is needed, we agree access to the property in advance. Ordering and installation depend on the selected materials and final quotation.
A practical question
Do I need to know which flooring or window coverings I want?
No. Show us the room and explain your priorities, such as maintenance, privacy or light control. We will discuss suitable options. Approximate measurements are enough to start; final dimensions are checked before ordering.
