The best floor is not the same for every home. In an apartment, impact noise can play an important role, while in a villa with large windows, sunlight and temperature differences require special attention. In a vacation or rental home, easy maintenance is often more important than in a permanently occupied home.
Therefore, we pay attention to:

PVC floors
PVC floors are popular due to their durable, low-maintenance surface and realistic wood and stone designs. They are available as straight planks, herringbone, Hungarian point, and tile models.
Depending on the home, you can choose glued PVC or click-PVC. Glued PVC provides a sleek and quiet result but requires a flat and well-prepared subfloor. Click-PVC can be a practical solution for certain renovations when the existing floor must be preserved.

Parquet and wooden floors
Parquet gives a home a warm, natural look that cannot be fully replicated by a synthetic floor. By choosing the right wood type, construction, and finish, parquet can also be excellently applied in homes in Spain.
We advise on straight planks, herringbone, and Hungarian point, considering sun exposure, humidity, underfloor heating, and daily use of the space.

Vinyl floors
Vinyl rolls are comfortable, sound-absorbing, and easy to maintain. Because vinyl can be supplied in wide rolls, it can be installed in many rooms with few or even no seams. It is suitable for bedrooms, apartments, kitchens, and practically furnished holiday homes.
Carpet
Carpet brings warmth, softness, and better acoustics to the home. Especially in bedrooms, dressing rooms, and rooms with hard walls and floors, carpet can noticeably increase comfort. We supply wall-to-wall carpet and, if desired, also handle installation and finishing.
Custom rugs
Do you want to keep the existing floor but add more warmth, color, or acoustic comfort? Then a custom rug can be a great solution. Our rugs are available in various qualities, colors, and shapes, including rectangular, round, and organic.
A new floor over existing tiles
Many homes on the Costa Blanca already have a tile floor. It does not automatically need to be removed. When the tiles are stable and there are no serious moisture or height issues, a new floor can often be installed over the existing subfloor.
For glued PVC, the tile floor usually needs to be prepared and leveled first. Otherwise, joints and small height differences may become visible through the new floor later. Different requirements apply for click floors and some types of vinyl. The height at doors, sliding doors, kitchens, and stairs must also be checked in advance.
We first inspect the existing subfloor and then advise which construction is technically responsible. This way, you avoid unnecessary demolition work and problems later on.

Professional floor installation
The lifespan and appearance of a floor are largely determined by the installation. An expensive floor on a poorly prepared subfloor ultimately remains just an expensive mistake.
Depending on the project, we provide:
