About us - Port of Altea

At Port of Altea, we help customers on the Costa Blanca with flooring, curtains, insect screens, shutters, sun protection and complete home finishing. From our showroom in Altea, we provide advice, delivery and professional installation for apartments, villas, holiday homes and new-build properties throughout the region.

What began with many years of experience in the flooring industry has grown into a complete interior company where quality, craftsmanship and personal service are central. Whether you need a new PVC floor, made-to-measure curtains, insect screens, shutters or a complete home interior, we guide you through the entire process from advice to completion.

From the Netherlands to the Costa Blanca

We have now been living on the Costa Blanca for four years and opened our showroom in Altea in 2025. Thanks to our Dutch background, we combine the service, quality and finish that many customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom are accustomed to with the opportunities of living in Spain.

Many of our customers have a second home, are carrying out a renovation or have purchased a new-build property on the Costa Blanca. That is why, in addition to showroom appointments, we also offer in-home consultations and video calls.

Craftsmanship from generation to generation

Steef grew up in his parents' family business, where craftsmanship and precision were central. His grandfather already worked in the same industry. The knowledge and experience built up over several generations still form the foundation of our way of working today.

Over the years, Steef has worked on homes, renovations, large-scale projects and international assignments throughout Europe. Maritime projects and work on cruise ships are also part of his experience.

We put this practical experience to work every day in our projects on the Costa Blanca.
