Purchased a Property in Spain but Not Yet Moved?

Many of our customers have already bought an apartment, villa, or holiday home on the Costa Blanca but still live abroad during the preparation phase. At this stage, you often want to make choices for floors, curtains, window decoration, insect screens, sun protection, or other parts of the home finishing.

Through a video call, we can already review photos, videos, floor plans, sales brochures, or construction drawings together. This way, we can discuss options for, for example, a PVC floor in Spain, floors and curtains, custom window decoration, or practical solutions for heat, privacy, and insects.

When you are later in Spain or when the property is accessible, we can visit for the final measurements and to determine the right materials, colors, and finishes.

Advice at Home

For many projects, we are happy to visit you at home. A home visit is often the best way to advise because we can immediately look at the light exposure, existing furniture, wall colors, sliding doors, windows, doors, and the floor substrate.

We can bring samples of floors, curtain fabrics, window decoration, and other materials. A color or material often looks different in your own home than in a showroom. By viewing the samples at home, choosing the right floor on the Costa Blanca, curtain fabric, or window decoration becomes much easier.

Advice on location is also often wise for technical products such as insect screens for windows and sliding doors, roller shutters, screens, and outdoor sun protection. We can then directly assess what is practically possible and which solution best suits your home.

Video Call from Our Showroom

Do you live further away on the Costa Blanca or would you like to first explore calmly? Then we are happy to schedule a video call from our showroom. During a video call, we can show products, compare colors, and explain the different options.

A video call is especially useful when you are not yet in Spain, when you do not yet have the final keys, or when you first want to know which direction suits best. Often, we can then already give a first indication or prepare specifically for a home visit.
