Choosing a PVC floor in Spain is slightly different than in the Netherlands. On the Costa Blanca, homes often have large windows, lots of sunlight, temperature differences, and existing tile floors. That is why we look not only at the floor design but also at the technical situation of the home.

Many Spanish tile floors appear flat but often have joints, height differences, or slight movement in practice. Without proper preparation, these can later become visible in the new floor. That is why we often recommend professional subfloor preparation in many situations.

Although click PVC can be perfectly applied in some situations, we often recommend dryback PVC for larger areas and lots of sunlight. These floors are fully glued down and therefore remain more stable with heat and temperature differences.
