Thanks to the Embossed in Register (EIR) texture, the relief follows the wood grain exactly. This makes the floor look and feel exceptionally realistic. The subtle micro-bevel around each plank further enhances the authentic plank effect.

A dryback LVT floor is fully glued to the subfloor. A level and suitable subfloor is therefore important for a beautiful final result.

Utrecht LVT and underfloor heating

Maintaining Utrecht LVT

LVT is easy to keep clean. Regular vacuuming and lightly damp mopping are usually sufficient.

Preferably use a cleaning product suitable for LVT that does not leave a greasy or soapy residue. It is best to remove sand and small stones dry first to prevent fine scratches.
