LVT Porto Parijs Herringbone Brown is the brown color from Port of Altea's Porto Parijs Herringbone collection. Choose your preferred version below.

Timeless herringbone design with a warm, luxurious wood look

The Porto Parijs LVT herringbone floor combines the appearance of a classic herringbone floor with the comfort and ease of use of modern LVT.

The subtle wood grain, natural color nuances, and Embossed in Register (EIR) texture create a realistic appearance that is virtually indistinguishable from real wood.

Porto Parijs is available as Click and Dryback, allowing you to choose the version that best suits your home, subfloor, and installation method.

Strong, quiet, and suitable for intensive use

Porto Parijs has a strong 0.55 mm wear layer and use class 23/34. This makes the floor suitable for both heavy domestic use and more intensive commercial use.

In addition, the floor is:

  • water-resistant;
  • easy to maintain;
  • wear-resistant;
  • slip-resistant;
  • suitable for underfloor heating;
  • suitable for residential and commercial applications.

The Click version also has an integrated IXPE underlay with 10 dB sound reduction.

Click or Dryback: which version should you choose?

Click LVT is suitable when you want to install the floor as a floating floor. The integrated IXPE underlay makes installation easier and provides additional acoustic comfort.

Dryback LVT is bonded directly to a level subfloor. This version is particularly stable and has lower thermal resistance, making it an excellent match for underfloor heating.

Which version is best depends on the subfloor, how the room will be used, and how you want to install the floor.

How much Porto Parijs LVT do you need?

Enter the net number of square meters of your room in the calculator on this page.

The calculator automatically calculates how many full packs you need and applies 10% cutting waste as standard.

Are you installing the herringbone floor yourself and have little or no experience? Allow for at least 10% cutting waste. In rooms with many corners or a complex installation plan, additional material may be advisable.

Porto Parijs is sold exclusively by the full pack.

What else might you need?

For Dryback LVT, depending on the existing subfloor, you may need:

  • primer
  • levelling compound
  • LVT adhesive
  • skirting boards
  • transition profiles

With Click LVT, a separate underlay is normally not needed because the IXPE underlay is already integrated.

You will find suitable flooring accessories below this page.

Porto Parijs and underfloor heating

Both versions are suitable for underfloor heating.

The Dryback version has a thermal resistance of 0.04 m² K/W. The Click version has a value of 0.06 m² K/W.

This means Porto Parijs combines the luxurious appearance of herringbone with comfortable everyday use.

Maintaining Porto Parijs LVT

LVT is easy to keep clean. Regular vacuuming and lightly damp mopping are usually sufficient.

First remove sand and grit while dry to prevent fine scratches, and preferably use a cleaning product suitable for LVT that does not leave a greasy or sticky residue.

Luxurious herringbone for different interior styles

Porto Parijs suits both modern and classic interiors. Combine the floor with light walls for a calm, spacious look, or use dark skirting boards, brass details, and warm materials for a more striking luxurious effect.
