PVC Utrecht Light Oak is the light oak color from Port of Altea's Utrecht collection.

Spacious, elegant, and almost indistinguishable from real wood

The Utrecht PVC floor immediately stands out with its generous plank size of 153 × 25.3 cm. The extra-wide and long planks create a calm, luxurious look and make larger rooms appear even more spacious.

Thanks to the Embossed in Register (EIR) texture, the relief follows the wood grain exactly. As a result, the floor looks and feels remarkably authentic. The subtle micro-bevel around each plank further enhances the realistic plank effect.

A durable floor for everyday and intensive use

Utrecht combines attractive design with practical convenience.

The floor has a 0.55 mm wear layer and usage class 23/34, making it suitable for heavy domestic use and intensive commercial use.

In addition, the floor is:

  • water-resistant;
  • wear-resistant;
  • easy to maintain;
  • slip-resistant;
  • suitable for underfloor heating;
  • suitable for both residential and project applications.

This makes Utrecht just as suitable for a busy family home as for an apartment, office, or other intensively used space.

How much Utrecht PVC do you need?

By default, 10% cutting waste is enabled.

Are you installing the floor yourself and have little or no experience? Allow for at least 10% cutting waste. In rooms with many corners, recesses, or irregular shapes, additional material may be advisable.

Utrecht is sold exclusively per full pack of 3.871 m².

Dryback PVC: what else do you need?

A dryback PVC floor is fully glued to the subfloor. A level and suitable subfloor is therefore important for a beautiful end result.

Depending on the existing subfloor, you may also need:

  • primer
  • floor levelling compound
  • PVC adhesive
  • skirting boards
  • transition profiles

You will find matching flooring accessories below this page.

Utrecht PVC and underfloor heating

With a low thermal resistance of 0.04 m² K/W, Utrecht is highly suitable for underfloor heating.

A glued dryback floor lies directly on the subfloor, allowing heat to be transferred efficiently. This makes the floor an attractive choice for homes on the Costa Blanca, where comfort and a pleasant floor temperature are important.

Maintaining Utrecht PVC

PVC is easy to keep clean. Regular vacuuming and lightly damp mopping are usually sufficient.

Preferably use a cleaning product suitable for PVC that does not leave a greasy or soapy film. It is best to remove sand and small stones dry first to prevent fine scratches.

A calm foundation for different interior styles

Thanks to its wide plank format and realistic wood pattern, Utrecht pairs easily with both modern and classic interiors.

For an extra spacious effect, you can combine the floor with light-colored walls and wide, understated skirting boards. In larger rooms, the generous plank format then looks particularly impressive.
