A dryback PVC floor is fully glued to the subfloor. A level and suitable subfloor is therefore important for a beautiful end result.

Utrecht PVC and underfloor heating

With a low thermal resistance of 0.04 m² K/W, Utrecht is highly suitable for underfloor heating.

A glued dryback floor lies directly on the subfloor, allowing heat to be transferred efficiently. This makes this floor an interesting choice for homes on the Costa Blanca, where comfort and a pleasant floor temperature are important.

Maintaining Utrecht PVC

PVC is easy to keep clean. Regular vacuuming and lightly damp mopping are usually sufficient.

Preferably use a cleaning product suitable for PVC that does not leave a greasy or soapy film. It is best to remove sand and small stones while dry first to prevent fine scratches.
