A fresh look, a smart approach

A new floor. Not always demolition.

Dark floor tiles or busy patterns do not have to define your interior. We assess which renovation suits the condition of your floor and the available height.

Leave the tiles in place

Are the tiles firmly fixed and is the floor suitable? Then a new PVC floor can be installed over the existing tiles after the proper preparation.

Repair first

Loose tiles, cracks, or differences in height require attention. We clarify what repairs and levelling are needed.

Removal if necessary

If the subfloor is unsuitable or there is insufficient height, removal may be the better choice. We discuss this before ordering.

The key questions

Do the tiles need to be removed?

Not always. A stable, suitable tiled floor can often remain in place. We check this when measuring, along with moisture levels and the available height.

Will the joints become visible later?

This can happen if the subfloor has not been properly prepared. For dryback PVC, we create a level base with the right preparation and levelling.

Dryback or click PVC: which is the better fit?

That depends on the subfloor, height and use. Compare dryback and click, or let us help you decide what works best for your home.

How long will the work take?

The area, preparation and installation pattern determine the schedule. Drying times also play a role. We coordinate the work and access to your home with you in advance.
