With Moduleo Roots Laurel Oak 51229, you choose a dryback PVC floor. This version has a beige color scheme.
Moduleo Roots Laurel Oak 51229 for your interior
The oak look suits an interior in which natural materials take center stage. The format and laying direction determine whether the floor looks calm or more distinctive.
The herringbone elements measuring 632 × 158 mm create a varied linear pattern. Determine the direction and centerline of the pattern before installation so that the connections along the walls remain balanced.
View the design together with your furniture, wall colors, and the light entering the room. In a home on the Costa Blanca, a light floor may look different next to large glass surfaces than in a sheltered room. Therefore, do not choose based solely on an inspirational photo; also compare the shade and format of this specific version.

Dryback PVC: subfloor and adhesive installation
This dryback floor is fully glued down. A level, dry, and stable subfloor is essential. Have existing tiles, joints, and any differences in height assessed, and determine which leveling compound and adhesive are required before ordering.
Follow Moduleo's installation instructions regarding temperature, acclimatization, underfloor heating, and connections. With intense sunlight, an unheated home, or large glass surfaces, the conditions must be suitable for the selected floor and floor build-up. Port of Altea can help you choose the right version for your project.
Recommended retail price and online ordering
The recommended retail price and our material price are € 49.95 per m², including VAT. You order this floor per full pack of 2.397 m². The price per pack is € 119.73. Leveling, adhesive, underlay, skirting boards, and installation are not included in this material price.
Enter the area to be laid in the m² calculator and allow for cutting waste. The calculator rounds up to full packs and calculates the total for the floor supplied. For herringbone or a geometric pattern, check the laying plan: the required cutting waste may differ from the standard 10%. Any delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
