With Moduleo Roots Laurel Oak 51222, you choose a dryback PVC floor. This version has a grey colour scheme.
Moduleo Roots Laurel Oak 51222 for your interior
The oak look suits an interior where natural materials take centre stage. The format and laying direction determine whether the floor has a calm or more distinctive appearance.
The planks measure 1498 × 214 mm. A straight plank floor emphasises the length of the design. Align the laying direction with the shape of the room and the incidence of light.
View the design alongside your furniture, wall colours and the incidence of light. In a home on the Costa Blanca, a light floor may look different next to large glass surfaces than it does in a sheltered room. Therefore, do not choose based solely on an atmospheric photograph; also compare the shade and format of this specific version.

Dryback PVC: subfloor and bonding
This dryback floor is fully bonded. A level, dry and stable subfloor is essential. Have existing tiles, joints and any differences in height assessed, and determine which levelling compound and adhesive are required before ordering.
Follow Moduleo's installation instructions for temperature, acclimatisation, underfloor heating and connections. In cases of strong sunlight, an unheated home or large glass surfaces, the conditions must be suitable for the selected floor and floor build-up. Port of Altea can help you choose the right version for your project.
Recommended retail price and online ordering
The recommended retail price and our material price are € 49,95 per m², including VAT. You order this floor per full pack of 3,206 m². The price per pack is € 160,14. Levelling, adhesive, underlay, skirting boards and installation are not included in this material price.
Enter the area to be installed in the m² calculator and allow for cutting waste. The calculator rounds up to full packs and calculates the total for the supplied floor. For herringbone or a geometric pattern, check the laying plan: the required cutting waste may differ from the standard 10%. Any delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
