Removing urine stains from your floor, carpet, or furniture
Urine in the house is annoying, especially because it causes two problems at once: a stain and an odor that can return.
An accident from a child or pet may seem minor, but after drying you often see a yellow ring and notice the odor stronger. Especially with heat or moisture, that odor can be released again.
Acting quickly helps, but the real solution lies in properly removing the residues.

Why urine is so stubborn
Urine consists of water, salts, and waste products.

Removing urine from carpet or rug
Urine quickly penetrates between fibers and is often deeper than visible.
This is how you tackle it:
- Blot up as much moisture as possible immediately (do not rub)
- Let the spot dry well
- Apply James Stain Wonder on the dry stain
- Let the product work (up to ±12 hours)
- Repeat if necessary
You often see results only after fully drying.

Removing urine from hard floors
Suitable for PVC, LVT, SPC, laminate, tiles, natural stone, poured floors, and lacquered parquet.
This is how you tackle it:
- Blot up as much as possible immediately
- Spray James Remover on the spot
- Let it work for 1 to 5 minutes
- Blot up with a white cloth
- Rinse with clean water
Pay extra attention to seams, edges, and along baseboards.
Note:
- do not let it soak into seams
- no aggressive cleaning agents
Removing urine from sofa or upholstery fabric
With upholstery fabric, urine can also penetrate the filling, causing odor to return later.
This is how you tackle it:
- Blot dry immediately
- Let the spot dry
- Apply James Stain Wonder
- Optionally place a dry cloth on the spot (to prevent rings)
- Let it work calmly
Repeat if necessary for odor or discoloration.

- chlorine or aggressive agents
- masking odor with perfume
