A home in Spain works a little differently. Many homes have tiled floors with deep grout lines, large sliding doors, and rooms exposed to the sun for much of the day. We take this into account when choosing and installing the products.
You do not have to purchase everything from us at once. We can take care of a single floor, handle only the curtains, or combine several elements in one schedule. No complicated story; simply agree clearly on what needs to be done.

Much can be arranged before you arrive
Many of our customers still live in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or the United Kingdom during the preparation stage. We can get started with photos, floor plans and a video call. When necessary, we arrange a visit to the property to check everything and take measurements.

Good to know
Do I need to have everything done at the same time?
No. You can hire us for a single part of the project, such as flooring or curtains, but we can also combine several types of work into one schedule.
Can you install PVC over my existing tiled floor?
Often, yes. We first assess how level and stable the tiled floor is and how deep the joints are. We can then specify exactly what preparation is needed.
Do you also work outside Altea?
Yes. We work along the Costa Blanca, including Albir, Benidorm, Calpe, Benissa, Moraira, Jávea, Dénia, Alicante, Guardamar and Torrevieja. For larger projects, we also travel farther afield.
Can I get a price estimate first?
Yes. Through our price estimate form, you can send us dimensions, preferences and photos. This usually allows us to make a good initial estimate. For a final quote, we will visit to measure and assess the situation on site.
