Pleated blinds can help regulate light, privacy, atmosphere and heat in a room. Quality is not determined by one feature alone. Also pay attention to dimensions, installation position, operation, fabric or material, and how the product fits with the window frame and interior. Ask for an explanation of the complete construction, not just the visible color or collection.
