Besides new parquet floors, we also renovate existing wooden floors. Many parquet floors in Spain discolor due to sunlight or get damaged from intensive use. Often, a floor doesn’t need to be replaced but can be fully revived by sanding and re-treating.
For this project, we fully sanded an existing parquet floor and treated it again with transparent hardwax oil. This gave the floor a calm and even appearance while preserving the natural character of the wood.
