The smoothing compound is suitable as a substrate for, among other things:

A minimum layer thickness of 1 mm is required for loads from castor wheels. Under PVC, rubber, and linoleum, and when applied to non-absorbent substrates, a minimum layer thickness of 2 mm must be maintained.
Substrate preparation
The substrate must be load-bearing, dimensionally stable, permanently dry, clean, and free of cracks. Dust, dirt, grease, loose particles, and other substances that may reduce adhesion must be completely removed.
Weak or poorly bonded layers must be sanded, milled, or removed by another suitable method. Then vacuum the substrate thoroughly and treat it with a primer suitable for the substrate in question.

Mixing and application
Pour 4.75 to a maximum of 5.25 liters of clean, cold water into a clean mixing tub. Then gradually add the entire contents of the 20 kg bag.
Mix the material mechanically with a suitable basket mixer until a smooth, homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. Do not dilute the mixture beyond the specified ratio, as too much water can affect its strength and drying.
Pour the self-leveling compound onto the substrate and spread it evenly with a smoothing trowel or leveling rake. Immediately after spreading, use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and achieve an even surface.
Preferably apply the desired layer thickness in a single operation.
Thicker layers
For layer thicknesses greater than 10 mm, approximately 30% dried quartz sand with a grain size of 0.3 to 0.8 mm can be added according to the supplied application information. This amounts to approximately 6 kg of sand per 20 kg bag.

Consumption
Average consumption is approximately 1.5 kg per m² per millimeter of layer thickness.
