The UZIN NC 560 FusionTec is a self-levelling, virtually stress-free levelling compound for levelling a wide range of substrates. The product is suitable for layer thicknesses of 0 to 20 mm and forms a stable base for textile and resilient floor coverings and parquet.
Thanks to its long working time and excellent flow properties, UZIN NC 560 is easy to apply manually and particularly suitable for larger surfaces and application with pumping systems. The levelling compound can be used indoors in homes, offices, shops, and other commercial spaces.

The stated times apply at approximately 20 °C and a relative humidity of 65%. Temperature, humidity, and layer thickness can affect the drying time.

Substrate preparation
The substrate must be load-bearing, stable, permanently dry, clean, and free of cracks. Dust, dirt, grease, loose particles, and other substances that may reduce adhesion must be completely removed.
Weak or poorly bonded layers must be sanded, milled, or removed in another suitable manner. Then vacuum the substrate thoroughly and treat it with a primer suitable for the substrate in question.

Mixing and application
Pour 4.25 to 4.5 liters of clean, cold water into a clean mixing tub. Then gradually add the entire contents of the 20 kg bag.
Mix the material mechanically with a suitable paddle mixer until a smooth, homogeneous, lump-free mixture is formed. Then pour the self-leveling compound onto the substrate and spread it evenly with a flat trowel or leveling rake.
If necessary, use a spiked roller immediately after spreading to remove air bubbles and achieve an even surface. Ideally, apply the desired layer thickness in a single operation.
Consumption
Average consumption is approximately 1.5 kg per m² per millimeter of layer thickness.
