The UZIN NC 580 FusionTec is a high-quality, self-leveling compound for projects requiring an exceptionally strong substrate that is ready for flooring installation quickly. The product cures with virtually no tension, has an extremely high load-bearing capacity, and is suitable for layer thicknesses of 0 to 20 mm.
Thanks to its excellent flow properties, the leveling compound is easy to spread. Its rapid drying makes it possible to install the subsequent floor covering after a short time, even with thicker layers. UZIN NC 580 is suitable as a substrate for almost all floor coverings and parquet.
Due to its high load-bearing capacity, the product can be used in homes, commercial buildings, and dry industrial areas.

The stated times apply at approximately 20 °C and a relative humidity of 65%. Temperature, humidity, and layer thickness may affect the drying time.

From a layer thickness of 1 mm, the leveling compound is suitable for loads from swivel castors in accordance with DIN EN 12529.
Substrate preparation
The substrate must be load-bearing, stable, permanently dry, clean, and free of cracks. Dust, dirt, grease, loose material, and other substances that may reduce adhesion must be completely removed.
Weak or poorly bonded layers must be sanded, milled, or removed using another suitable method. Then vacuum the substrate thoroughly and treat it with a primer suitable for the substrate in question.

Mixing and application
Pour approximately 4 litres of clean, cold water into a clean mixing tub. Then gradually add the entire contents of the 20 kg bag.
Mix the material mechanically with a suitable basket mixer until a smooth, homogeneous, lump-free compound is obtained. Then pour the self-levelling compound onto the substrate and spread it evenly with a smoothing trowel or levelling rake.
Immediately after spreading, use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and achieve an even surface. Preferably apply the required layer thickness in a single operation.
Consumption
Average consumption is approximately 1.5 kg per m² per millimetre of layer thickness.
