The UZIN NC 570 FusionTec is a high-quality, self-levelling compound for levelling a wide range of substrates. The product is virtually stress-free, ready for floor covering after a short time, and suitable for layer thicknesses from 0 to 20 mm.
Thanks to its long working time and excellent flow properties, this levelling compound is easy to apply manually and particularly suitable for larger surfaces and application using pumping systems. Despite its high final strength, the levelling layer remains easy to sand.
UZIN NC 570 forms a strong and even base for PVC, vinyl, carpet, linoleum, and wood flooring, among other coverings.

The stated drying and working times apply at approximately 20 °C and a relative humidity of 65%. Temperature, humidity, and layer thickness may affect these times.

The product is suitable for normal and heavy traffic in homes, shops, offices, and other commercial spaces.
Substrate preparation
The substrate must be load-bearing, stable, permanently dry, clean, and free of cracks. Dust, dirt, grease, loose particles, and other substances that could reduce adhesion must be completely removed.
Weak or poorly bonded layers must be sanded, milled, or removed by another suitable method. Then vacuum the substrate thoroughly and treat it with a primer suitable for the substrate in question.

Mixing and application
Pour 4.25 to 4.5 liters of clean, cold water into a clean mixing tub. Then gradually add the entire contents of the 20 kg bag.
Mix the material mechanically with a suitable basket mixer until a smooth, homogeneous, lump-free mixture is obtained. Then pour the self-leveling compound onto the substrate and spread it evenly with a flat trowel or smoothing rake.
Immediately after spreading, use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and achieve the most even surface possible. Preferably apply the desired layer thickness in a single operation.
Consumption
Average consumption is approximately 1.5 kg per m² per millimeter of layer thickness.
